GED

GED preparation is a full-time day program, from  9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday Lunch is 11:00 – 12:00.

We do not have a cafeteria at Erwin so you may go off campus.  If you bring your lunch, there is a lunchroom available and there are outdoor patios.

Teacher-directed lessons and individualized work are available for each student. There is a fee of $45 for this class per semester.

All prospective students are required to take the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) before registration for class.

After GED preparation class, students will need to go to an official GED testing center to take the test.
